WE ARE ONE OF THE VERY FEW ON THE ISLAND THAT MAKE AND BAKE OUR OWN SICILIAN STYLE PANINI FROM SCRATCH. HOWEVER, THAT IS JUST THE BEGINNING OF THE JOURNEY WHEN INDULGING INTO A MOUTHWATERING PANINO MARKING ONE OF THE GREAT CITIES IN ITALY.
The panino on your right is the panino everyone fights for - and we don't blame them.

Nicknamed the "Firenze #07", this panino is filled with PORCHETTA from Florence, red onion, PROVOLONE cheese and minced sun-dried tomatoes.

The one on the right is the famous "Ragù alla Bolognese #63". Another staple from the city of Bologna homemade from 4 carefully chosen cuts of beef and pork, slow-cooked for 8 long hours before finished with our secret ingredient that elevates the flavour of the dish to a whole different level.
